Refund & Return Policy
Are you unhappy with a product? Please email us at email@example.com and share your experience. We will do our best to turn around your experience.
Because each of your items are printed on-demand, I’m unable to provide exchanges or refunds once your order has been fulfilled.
Our website features size charts for all our products. Please ensure you check the size chart guide and select the fit you would like. We do not provide exchanges or returns for products ordered in the wrong size.
Defective or Damaged Product Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if your product is defective or damaged. Please inspect your order once you receive it. If an item in your order is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject [Order# Return&Refund request]. We will issue you a R&R Application form to be completed with the required details. Once completed please return it to us for processing.
We will evaluate the issue and do everything we can to make it right.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt of purchase. If your request is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend all returns are shipped back with a tracing/tracking method. Return postage is not covered by Vindaloo.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We must receive your returned product within 21 days of the original purchase date. Items with packaging opened, or on sale, or discontinued, or outside of the Refund/Return Policy time frame are not accepted and will not be refunded.
Exchanges (If applicable)
To ensure you receive the item you desire, please follow the process (noted above), and once the request is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.
We must receive your returned product within 21 days of the original purchase date. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are considered non-returnable items.
- Items on sale
- Seasonal, holiday and Limited edition products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products and jewelry)
- Tickets purchased to virtual events are non-refundable. We do provide an option to transfer the ticket to a friend.
